VEHICLE CLAIMS PROCESS

To efficiently assess your claim and, if eligible, resolve any defects, we have implemented the following process:

Download the Claims Form
Visit our website to download the Claims Form and follow the instructions provided. You’ll be asked to detail the issues you are experiencing with your vehicle and submit the completed form to our Claims Department. You do not need to get your car checked by an independent mechanic before you bring it to us. Doing so may affect your right to a remedy.

Assessment & Response
Once your form is received, one of our claims assessors will review it and aim to contact you within three working days. “Any claims submitted after the CGA time frame will be subject to the applicable warranty excess.”

    What is the Issue?








    Aftermarket accessories such as car stereos, dash cameras, and reverse cameras are not covered under the CGA unless they are part of the factory-installed infotainment system. However, if you have an extended warranty, it may provide coverage for these items.
